1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Membership and Platform Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and POLARYN. By using this website, activating a membership, accessing the Polaryn Vault, or using any Polaryn content, tools, frameworks, or platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Vault Content" means all materials in the Vault including frameworks, methodologies, white papers, templates, assessment tools, playbooks, slide decks, written guides, and training materials. "Commercial Use" means any use in connection with revenue-generating activities. "Attribution" means the clear, upfront acknowledgement of POLARYN as the originator and copyright owner.

3. Website use

Content on polaryn.ai is provided for general information. You may not copy, republish, or reuse site content, branding, or frameworks without POLARYN's prior written consent.

4. Intellectual property and copyright

All Vault Content and all materials, methodologies, frameworks, templates, assessments, tools, branding, nomenclature, trade names, and trade marks are the exclusive intellectual property of POLARYN. No Member acquires any ownership interest in Vault Content by virtue of membership or use.

5. Attribution requirements

Attribution to POLARYN is mandatory in all circumstances where Vault Content is used, referenced, quoted, adapted, or presented. Attribution must appear at the beginning of any document, presentation, meeting agenda, or material — not confined to footnotes or appendices.

6. Membership tiers

• Practitioner: personal and internal use; commercial use requires prior written Approval.
• Team: assigned as a Polaryn Customer; client delivery within the Customer agreement; Counsel available on request.
• Enterprise: full commercial rights under a Retainer agreement, including Polaryn Counsel services and co-branding rights.

7. Commercial use and approval

Practitioner members must obtain prior written Approval before any commercial use; revenue-sharing arrangements may apply. Team members operate under their Polaryn Customer agreement. Enterprise members require no separate Approval under their Retainer.

8. Prohibited uses

Removing attribution, presenting Vault Content as your own IP, sharing credentials with non-members, distributing downloads to non-members, publishing Vault Content publicly without consent, and any commercial exploitation without appropriate authorisation are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate membership termination and legal action.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
